In addition to being able to sign up and sign in with trusted and secure services (Google, Apple ID, Facebook) as well as through our Authentication services, data communications use Secure Internet Protocols and encryption. 

We don't collect any more info than we need - TaxZilla has a clear privacy policy that follows Canadian Government guidelines. Therefore, you can rest assured that your personal information is collected, used, retained, and accessed properly. For example, Taxzilla offers you the ability to turn off live tracking features! We offer both Live Tracking and Offline Tracking, which also helps you save mobile data. 

Taxzilla offers the flexibility of managing the storage of data according to your needs and preferences, either locally (free app) or in the cloud (paid subscription). Your Taxzilla subscription will give you the ability to automatically upload data using your mobile data plan or until connected to Wi-Fi and keep it always in sync. It can also help you save storage space on your device if you decide to store information only in the cloud. Losing data and receipts you need will be the problem of the past and we have you covered for CRA Audits!

Some of the tax deductions you can claim are related to the use of your vehicle for business purposes. Not only will you be able to track your mileage on the go (live mileage tracking), but you will also be able to track it offline, with simple readings from your Odometer. Our automatic (GPS) mileage tracking (paid subscription) is the easiest and most convenient way to track mileage for business use. 

TaxZilla allows you to easily enter, update and track all expenses that can be deducted from taxes as an independent contractor. When you are on the go, you need to be able to add expenses quickly. With TaxZilla you will be able to take pictures of receipts and bills or upload existing files and manually enter the information. You can also let the app do it for you (paid subscription). 

Worried about forgetting about expenses or bill payments? TaxZilla's expense reports and bill reminders will make you aware of deductible expenses you need to track and bills you need to pay. 

TaxZilla helps you track the income received as delivery fees, stated tips, and cash tips, as easy as you track your expenses. Soon you will be able to log into your courier portal through our app and have all your income automatically processed through our service. 

TaxZilla provides live on-screen reports as well as monthly reports that help you track your income, mileage, expenses and do your taxes easily.
